Adult dose

Adults: Take 1g of citrulline malate per dose 3 times daily. Do not administer for more than 4 weeks.

Child dose

Children (6 years and older): Take 1g of citrulline malate per dose twice daily.

This medication should not be taken by children under 6 years of age. Pregnant women are advised not to take this medication due to the lack of confirmed safety. It is also preferable that nursing mothers do not take this medication, as there is insufficient data on whether the drug is transmitted through breast milk.
