Vitamin A helps relieve eye dryness and improve night blindness, while Vitamin E is effective for alleviating peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, and coldness in the hands and feet. Overall, the supplementation of these vitamins and zinc contributes to the improvement of general vitality and health maintenance.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 capsule once daily.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in women during the first three months of pregnancy or who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of Vitamin A poses a risk of congenital malformations. Those allergic to the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not use this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids during treatment.
