Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day.

This medication must be stored out of reach of children, as accidental overdose can cause severe poisoning and death. Persons with allergies to the ingredients of this medication or infants under 12 months should not take it. Patients with disorders of iron metabolism or specific types of anemia, as well as those with lactose intolerance or genetic sugar absorption disorders, should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Tannin-containing teas like green tea and black tea, as well as milk and dairy products, should be avoided before and after taking this medication to prevent interference with drug absorption. Individuals undergoing treatment from a physician or those with peptic ulcers, chronic colitis, heart or kidney dysfunction, or pregnant or lactating women should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as skin rash, itching, difficulty breathing, stomach pain, vomiting, or diarrhea appear during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult medical personnel. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist. Before treating anemia, the underlying cause of anemia must be accurately identified, and in the case of pernicious anemia patients, combining it with vitamin B12 prevents nerve damage. Caution is required if taking more than 200mg of vitamin C as it may increase iron absorption.

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Additionally, consult a physician or pharmacist if taking aldosterone antagonists or triamterene.

Food interactions

This medication should be avoided with tannin-containing teas like green tea and black tea, as well as milk and dairy products, during use or before and after taking it.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture; therefore, it must be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is advisable to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This will ensure the medication's effectiveness is preserved safely over time.
