How to take

Adult dose

2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months should not use this medication. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should also avoid this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders that prevent the breakdown or absorption of lactose should not take this medication. While taking this medication, one should not simultaneously take certain drugs such as phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year of age, individuals currently receiving medical treatment, patients with heart or cardiovascular issues, individuals with kidney impairment, patients with low protein levels, and pregnant women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If unusual symptoms such as red spots, diarrhea, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Moreover, long-term use of high doses of pyridoxine may cause neurological issues, so caution is advised. Overdosage may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Caution is required when taking with anti-aldosterone agents or triamterene as it may increase blood potassium levels. If an overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after a month of use, consult a specialist immediately. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and caregivers should supervise its use by children. It is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, and keep it in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
