These vitamins B1, B2, and B6 support health by supplementing when physical fatigue occurs, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and during or after illness when strength is diminished. Vitamin B1 helps relieve pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and improves fatigue of the eyes. Additionally, vitamins B2 and B6 alleviate inflammation around the mouth and in the oral cavity (angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) and skin conditions (eczema, dermatitis). Therefore, these vitamins are used for fatigue recovery and enhancing nerve and skin health.
