The vitamin E contained in this medication is primarily a vitamin that tends to be deficient in old age, helping to improve peripheral blood circulation and alleviating menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and coldness. It is also used to relieve muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Therefore, this medication is effective for peripheral vascular disorders, improvement of menopausal symptoms, and treatment of muscle cramps.

How to take

Adult dose

Individuals aged 8 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

Children aged 8 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

Do not take this medication if you have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. Infants under 12 months of age should not take this medication. It is also safe for those with severely impaired kidney function to avoid using this medication. Patients allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5, so those allergic to this substance should be careful. If you experience discomfort in your stomach, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, red spots, abnormal heart rhythms, or central nervous system symptoms during treatment, immediately stop taking the medication and consult a professional. In women, menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may persist longer, so caution is needed. If you are taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or are at risk of thrombosis, the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking vitamin E. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart problems may occur, so caution is necessary. Taking it with certain diuretics may raise blood potassium levels, so be cautious. If an excessive dose is taken or if symptoms do not improve after a month of usage, consult a professional. It is advisable to avoid consuming tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication.
