This medication includes vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, and zinc, which are necessary for physical recovery during pregnancy, breastfeeding, post-illness recovery, and old age. Vitamin B1 alleviates symptoms of neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia and also helps with beriberi and eye fatigue. Vitamin C alleviates pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases and prevents gum bleeding or nosebleeds. Zinc contributes to improved immune function and wound healing, helping to maintain health. Thus, various vitamins and minerals are effective for recovery and symptom relief and improve overall health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older and adults: Take 2 tablets once a day or 1 tablet twice a day.

Precautions

This medication contains iron, which can cause serious poisoning and death in children under 6 years old if accidentally taken in large amounts; therefore, it should be kept in a safe place out of the reach of children. Furthermore, individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or young infants under 12 months old, or those with specific iron metabolism disorders such as hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis should not take it. This medication contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic diseases should avoid taking it. During the use of this medication, it is important to avoid taking it with certain drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa to prevent drug interactions. Infants under 1 year old, patients currently under treatment, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or women who might become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, patients with gastrointestinal diseases, cardiac and renal disease patients, patients with hypoproteinemia, patients with gout, or kidney stones should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains Yellow No. 5 dye, so caution is advised for individuals allergic or hypersensitive to this ingredient. If any abnormal reactions such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, skin itching, hives, fever, hair loss, or breathing discomfort occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Also, this medication may cause changes in the menstrual cycle or prolonged bleeding; therefore, women taking certain contraceptives or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Long-term use of high doses can lead to serious side effects such as nerve damage, hemato-poietic abnormalities, worsening of peptic ulcers, liver damage, and hyperuricemia, so it's crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-rich teas like green or black tea when taking this medication, as they may affect blood sugar tests or clinical test results; thus, informing healthcare personnel before tests is necessary. Finally, store this medication in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place, and do not transfer it to another container to prevent misuse.
