Treatment for alleviating inflammation and pain associated with chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis
This medication is effective for various joint disorders, such as chronic polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is also used to alleviate painful swelling and inflammation that occur after trauma or surgery. It helps in the supportive treatment of inflammation, pain, and fever symptoms caused by infections. By improving these symptoms, this medication assists in making the daily life of patients more comfortable. Therefore, it is used to effectively treat joint diseases and inflammation-related symptoms.
Administer 300 mg of dexibuprofen orally, 2 to 4 times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen per day.
This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be cautious as serious cardiovascular issues like myocardial infarction or stroke may occur when using this medication. This drug may cause ulcers or bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, particularly in the elderly or when used long-term, so immediate medical consultation is necessary if gastrointestinal symptoms appear. It is safer for individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding or those with severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases to avoid this medication. When taken together with aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding may increase, so they should not be taken together. Pregnant women after six months of pregnancy should not take this medication, and nursing mothers should either discontinue breastfeeding or stop the medication. Dizziness or fatigue may occur during use, so caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. Those with blood disorders, liver or kidney dysfunction, hypertension, heart failure, the elderly, and children (aged six or older) should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. While using this medication, regular monitoring of liver and kidney functions, as well as blood tests, is important to detect and address adverse reactions early. This product is used alongside antibiotics for the treatment of infectious inflammation, and long-term high-dose use should be avoided. If severe skin rashes, respiratory difficulties, severe abdominal pain, bleeding, or jaundice occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Particularly after the 20th week of pregnancy, it may affect fetal kidney function, so it is necessary to minimize the duration and dosage of use and to conduct regular ultrasound examinations. In case of overdose, seek medical attention immediately even if no symptoms are present, and store away from children and direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.

Do not take this medication in conjunction with aspirin, other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high doses of methotrexate used for chemotherapy (greater than 15 mg/week). Before use, consultation is recommended for corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, coumarin anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), baclofen, immunosuppressants.
This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. It is recommended to maintain room temperature between 1 degree Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius for storage. This helps to preserve the efficacy and safety of the medication.
