EyeTox CMC Eye Drops (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose) (Single Use)

Adult eye dose

Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed. Dispose of any remaining liquid and the vial after use. If using with other eye drops, instill them at least 15 minutes apart.

This medication is an eye drop intended for use in the eyes, and if there is pain in the eyes, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation, or worsening symptoms for more than 72 hours, use should be stopped immediately and a doctor should be consulted. If this medication is accidentally swallowed, seek professional assistance immediately. When using this medication in the eyes, there may be temporary blurriness of vision, so it is safer to avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until vision is clear again. This medication is for external use only in the eyes; do not reuse single-use vials and dispose of any remaining contents and the vial properly. Also, care should be taken to avoid contamination or eye damage by ensuring that the tip of the vial does not come into contact with the eye or other surfaces. Check that the vial is not damaged, and do not use it if the liquid is discolored or cloudy. Do not use expired products, and store them in a safe place out of reach of children. Unused single-use vials should be stored back in the original box for safe keeping.
