How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage of this medication is 1 tablet once daily, taken regardless of meals. Adults should adjust the dose of Candesartan Cilexetil before switching to this medication, with the antihypertensive effect usually manifesting within 4 weeks of initiation. No dosage adjustment is necessary for the elderly. For patients with reduced intravascular volume, renal impairment, or hepatic impairment, it is recommended to adjust the dose of Candesartan Cilexetil before administering this medication, particularly in cases of severe renal or hepatic impairment.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy as it can cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn. It should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. Individuals allergic to the ingredients of this medication or its sulfonamide derivatives, those who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, and those who are breast feeding should not take this medication.
