How to take

Adult dose

Adolescents over 15 years and adults: 2 tablets at a time, 1 to 2 times a day

Child dose

Children (7 to 14 years): 1 tablet at a time, 1 to 2 times a day

Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to this drug or its components. Patients with severely impaired renal function should not take this medication. Children under 7 years of age should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic conditions that prevent lactose breakdown should not take this medication. Exceeding the recommended dosage may result in side effects such as peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, increased uric acid, and liver damage, so caution is required. It is important to adhere strictly to the prescribed usage and dosage, and it should be administered to children under the supervision of a guardian. If symptoms do not improve after taking for more than a month, consult a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to take this medication concurrently with levodopa. Urine may turn yellow after taking this medication, which should be noted in clinical tests. Keep out of reach of children, store away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place.
