Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Administer 300 mg of dexibuprofen orally 2 to 4 times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen in one day.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high-dose methotrexate used for cancer therapy (15 mg/week or more). This drug interacts with corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), baclofen, and immune suppressors.
