This medication is used for dermatophytic skin infections caused by fungi such as athlete's foot, tinea cruris (jock itch), and tinea corporis.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to specific components. It is advisable for pregnant women, those who may become pregnant, and breastfeeding mothers to avoid using this medication. Children and infants should also not use this medication. Avoid applying this medication to mucous membrane areas such as eyes or around the eyes, the mouth, the nose, and the vagina. It should not be used on areas with eczema, wet or severely damaged skin. It is advisable to avoid applying this medication on nails or the scalp. Breastfeeding should be suspended during the use of this medication because it may be secreted in breast milk. If currently receiving treatment from another physician, have a history of drug allergies, or if oneself or a family member has allergic constitution, consultation with a professional is necessary before use. If it is uncertain whether a skin condition is eczema or athlete's foot, consulting a professional is also necessary. Before applying to the face or extensive areas, or if there is a suppurating area, consultation with a doctor is recommended beforehand. If symptoms such as rash, redness, itching, swelling, irritation, warmth, skin peeling, dryness, or cracking appear during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after using for more than 2 weeks or worsen, use should be stopped and consultation should be sought. Dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and the affected area or surrounding area should be thoroughly cleaned before use. Care should be taken to avoid touching the eyes or mucous membranes with contaminated hands. If the medication gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek ophthalmic care. This medication is for external use only on the skin and should not be used for other purposes. There are reports of weak phototoxicity potential in animal testing, so caution should be taken with sun exposure. When storing, keep in a light-proof, sealed container and store at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing in this manner will help maintain the medication's effectiveness and prevent deterioration.
