Treatment of peripheral artery circulation disorders (intermittent claudication) and cognitive dysfunction (dizziness, tinnitus, etc.)
This medication is primarily used to treat peripheral artery circulation disorders known as intermittent claudication. It also helps alleviate symptoms of dizziness and vascular and degenerative tinnitus. Additionally, it is effective in treating organic brain dysfunction accompanied by dementia-like symptoms such as tinnitus, headaches, memory impairment, concentration difficulties, depression, and dizziness. This medication helps improve blood circulation and contributes to alleviating related symptoms.
For peripheral artery circulation disorders, dizziness, and tinnitus: 40 mg of Ginkgo Biloba Extract orally three times a day or 80 mg orally twice a day. For organic brain dysfunction: 40 to 80 mg of Ginkgo Biloba Extract orally three times a day or 120 mg orally twice a day.
This medication should not be taken by patients allergic to certain ingredients. Children under 12 years of age should not use this medication as there is insufficient experience with its use. Pregnant women should exercise caution when taking this medication due to a lack of sufficient safety information. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic disorders that prevent lactose digestion should not take it. Patients at risk of bleeding or taking blood-thinning medications should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Breastfeeding women should also consult a professional as it is unknown whether this medication is transmitted through breast milk. Individuals scheduled for surgery should stop taking this medication immediately and consult a doctor. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking the medication for more than three months, it should be stopped and a professional consulted. Mild gastrointestinal discomfort, headaches, and skin allergic reactions may occur rarely, so discontinue use if any unusual symptoms appear. Symptoms like dizziness or itching have been reported, so caution is needed if these symptoms occur. Severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur rarely, so if rapid symptoms appear, immediate medical attention should be sought. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension, so hypertensive patients should avoid its use unless special treatment is required. Keep this medicine out of the reach of children and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

This medication must be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture, and the storage temperature should be maintained between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius, ideally at room temperature.
