The vitamins B1, B2, B6, and E included in this medication help with physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, weakness from illness, and old age. Vitamin B1 is effective in relieving neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamin B6 improves inflammatory symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Vitamin E helps relieve shoulder and neck stiffness, tingling, and coldness in hands and feet caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopausal symptoms. Thus, various vitamins are used for alleviating various symptoms and recovering physical strength.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.

Child dose

Children aged 8 years and older: Take 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals allergic to specific ingredients. Furthermore, infants under 3 months of age should not use this medication. Individuals with genetic disorders that impair lactose digestion should also avoid this medication. It is advisable not to use this medicine along with the drug levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients receiving medical treatment, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a professional before taking this medicine. This medicine contains a pigment known as Yellow No. 5; individuals allergic to this ingredient should take caution. If discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, or vomiting occurs during use, immediately stop taking this medication and consult a professional. This medicine may affect the menstrual cycle and prolonged bleeding may occur, so caution is advised. Especially, women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk for thrombosis should be aware that the risk of thrombosis may increase. Long-term use of high doses of vitamin B6 may result in nerve damage, so dosage should be followed. High doses of vitamin B12 may cause adverse reactions in the blood, so caution is advised. High doses may lead to peptic ulcers, impaired blood sugar control, increased uric acid levels, and liver damage. If overdosed or symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than a month, consult a professional immediately. This medicine must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administered to children, should be done under adult supervision. The urine may turn yellow after taking this medication, which may affect test results.

Mild side effects

Stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, stomatitis, menstruation may occur earlier than expected or with increasing volume, and bleeding may persist for an extended period, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, glucose tolerance impairment, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and yellowing of urine.

Storage
