Precautions

This medication can cause gastric bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may affect the cardiovascular system, increasing the risk of serious thrombotic reactions such as myocardial infarction or stroke, especially in those with a history of cardiovascular disease or risk factors. This medication can cause severe gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, and caution is needed in the elderly or when used over a long period. This medication can cause allergic reactions, and even those who have never been exposed to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may experience severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis. It may mask inflammatory symptoms or reduce pain, potentially delaying the diagnosis of infectious complications. Therefore, it should be used cautiously when an infection is suspected. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, hypertension, or blood abnormalities should not take this medication, nor should it be administered to pregnant or nursing women, children, or infants. Patients with specific conditions such as blood disorders, liver or kidney function impairment, hypertension, or heart failure, or the elderly should use this medication cautiously and monitor for adverse reactions closely. This medication may cause gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rarely hepatitis, renal failure, skin rashes, and neurological disturbances. Therefore, if any adverse symptoms occur, immediate consultation with a doctor is required. This medication should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be performed during long-term use. This medication can interact with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticoagulants, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, etc., so it is imperative to inform the prescribing physician of any other medications being taken. During pregnancy, especially in the later stages, it may harm the fetus, so women who may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking it. Elderly patients are more susceptible to adverse reactions, so it is advisable to start with a lower dose and to monitor for adverse symptoms closely during the administration. This medication can cause ulcers if it stays in the esophagus, so it should be taken with plenty of water and not on an empty stomach or just before bedtime. In cases of overdose, emergency treatment such as inducing vomiting or gastric lavage is necessary, and symptoms such as renal failure or hypotension may occur, requiring immediate medical assistance. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in its original container to maintain quality.
