Precautions

This medication can cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, including this medication, may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, so special caution is required if there is a history or risk factors for heart disease or stroke. Serious issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation may occur, so elderly individuals or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases should use it with extreme caution. Severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis may occur rarely, so caution is advised for those with a previous allergy to similar medications. Inflammatory symptoms may be masked, delaying the diagnosis of infectious complications, so appropriate antibiotics should be used in cases where infection is suspected. Patients with peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases, high blood pressure, specific allergy histories, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children should not take this medication. Individuals with blood disorders, reduced liver or kidney function, high blood pressure, heart failure, autoimmune diseases, asthma, and elderly individuals should exercise special caution when taking this medication and should be closely monitored. Various side effects such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, skin rash, liver function abnormalities, kidney function decline, blood abnormalities, neurological issues, etc., may occur during medication, and any unusual symptoms should be reported to a doctor immediately. This medication should be used at the lowest possible dose and for the shortest duration, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be conducted if used for an extended period. Interactions may occur when used in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, anticoagulants, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, etc., so it is essential to inform the doctor about any other medications being taken. During pregnancy, especially in the late stages, it may harm the fetus, so women who can become pregnant should take it with caution. Elderly patients may experience side effects more readily, so starting with a low dose and closely monitoring their condition is essential. When taking the medication, it should be taken with plenty of water, and taking it after meals can help reduce gastrointestinal discomfort. Drowsiness or decreased sensation may occur; therefore, caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. In case of overdose, inducing vomiting, gastric lavage, and symptomatic treatment are essential, and immediate medical attention is required. Keep out of reach of children and do not store in another container to maintain medication quality.
