This medication is used in conditions where nutritional supplementation is needed, such as general weakness, physical fatigue, recovery after illness, gastrointestinal disorders, nutritional deficiencies, febrile wasting diseases, pregnancy, and nursing.

How to take

Adult dose

Adolescents aged 15 and over and adults: 2 tablets per dose, 1 to 2 doses per day

Child dose

Children (7 to 14 years): 1 tablet per dose, 1 to 2 doses per day

Precautions

This medication should not be administered to individuals who have allergies to this medication or its components. It should also not be used in patients with severe renal impairment. This medication should not be administered to children under 7 years of age. Since this medication contains lactose, patients with hereditary lactose intolerance, galactose intolerance, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Before taking this medication, you should consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you are receiving treatment from a doctor, are pregnant, or are nursing. If you experience symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, or loose stools while taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult an expert. For females, this medication may cause an increased frequency of menstrual cycles, more menstrual bleeding, and prolonged bleeding. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as the vitamin E in this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term use of pyridoxine at doses of 500 mg to 2 g or more per day may cause peripheral nerve abnormalities, so caution is warranted. Additionally, high-dose use may worsen gastric ulcers, cause problems with blood sugar control, raise serum uric acid levels, or lead to liver damage. This medication should always be taken according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and children should take it under adult supervision. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for about one month, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist. There may be interactions with specific medications, so especially do not take this medication together with levodopa. This medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which may affect clinical test results. Store this medication out of reach of children and keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use expired products, and finish taking this medication within 6 months after opening. Also, it is advisable not to transfer this medication to other containers.
