Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C can help when experiencing physical fatigue, particularly during pregnancy, lactation, and in states of debilitation due to illness or convalescence. These vitamins alleviate pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and are also effective for oral inflammatory symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. They also improve skin problems such as eczema or dermatitis, help prevent beriberi, and relieve eye fatigue. Zinc is also essential for supporting bodily functions, so it is advisable to supply it adequately. In summary, these vitamins and zinc are used for recovery from fatigue, alleviation of inflammation, and maintenance of skin health.
