This medication supplies nutrients such as vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C to supplement the nutritional needs in various situations, including physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy or lactation, recovery from illness, growth phases, and elderly years. It also helps alleviate shoulder and neck stiffness and tingling or cold sensations in the hands and feet due to peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. It prevents poor bone and tooth development and has effects in preventing rickets. Additionally, it is used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Overall, this medicine contributes to physical function and health improvement through various vitamins and iron.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults take 1 capsule once a day.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution in women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day can pose a risk of congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, may experience fatal poisoning from excessive iron contained in this medication, so it should be kept out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, allergies to the components of this medication, infants under 12 months, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, and kidney stone patients should not take this medication. It is recommended to avoid taking phosphate, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa while using this medication. If you are receiving treatment from a doctor or have certain gastrointestinal diseases, heart and kidney diseases, liver diseases, gout, hyperlipidemia, etc., consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and frequency while taking this medication, and since vitamin A can be sufficiently obtained from food, keep the supplemental dose to 5,000 IU or less per day.
