This medication helps alleviate symptoms of neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia (such as low back pain, shoulder stiffness, and frozen shoulder), as well as numbness in the hands and feet and eye fatigue. It also aids in supplying vitamins B1, B6, and B12 during times of severe physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, or when physical strength is diminished due to illness or recovery, contributing to symptom improvement. Overall, it is used to reduce pain and discomfort and promote recovery of physical strength.

How to take

Adult dose

Children aged 15 years and older and adults: Take 2-3 tablets once.

Child dose

Children aged 11-14 years: Take 1-2 tablets once. Children aged 5-10 years: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Additionally, children under 5 years of age should not take this medication. As it contains lactose, patients with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not concurrently take a drug called Levodopa. Women who are undergoing treatment, pregnant, or breastfeeding should consult their physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as skin rash, itching, nausea or vomiting, abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, diarrhea, or constipation persist or worsen during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a health professional. If menstruation becomes irregularly frequent or bleeding is heavier and lasts longer than usual, those symptoms should be discussed with a physician. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis may increase the risk of thrombosis if taking vitamin E in conjunction. Long-term use of pyridoxine in doses from 50mg to 2g daily may lead to nerve damage or neuropathy, so caution is necessary. Patients with folate deficiency who exceed 10 micrograms of vitamin B12 daily may experience hematological adverse reactions. High-dose use may cause peptic ulcers, blood sugar control problems, hyperuricemia, liver damage, etc., so dosages must be adhered to. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and when administered to children, supervision by an adult is necessary. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after one month of use, consult a physician or pharmacist. This medication may discolor if touched with wet hands, so it should be handled with dry hands. The packaging is intended to protect the tablets from breaking during transport; therefore, it should be discarded after opening. Do not take expired products. When storing, keep out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality and prevent misuse, do not transfer to another container.
