The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication help replenish energy during physical fatigue and provide support during pregnancy or breastfeeding and during illness or recovery when strength is low. It is also useful for providing essential nutrients needed in old age. It alleviates symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in the hands and feet, and cold sensations that occur due to peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms. It is also effective for relieving pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. It helps prevent beriberi and relieve fatigue of the eyes, and is used for symptoms of oral inflammation or skin conditions (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, dermatitis). Therefore, this medication is very effective for improving various vitamin deficiencies and associated symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

For children aged 8 and older, take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or any components contained in this medication. Those with allergies or hypersensitivity to soybean oil, beans, peanuts, or infants under 3 months of age should also avoid using this medication. Do not take this medication concurrently with levodopa. Patients under 1 year old or those receiving treatment from a physician, pregnant or breastfeeding women, as well as those with abnormal fat metabolism such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains a pigment called Yellow No. 5, so individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to this ingredient should exercise caution. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, skin rash, itching, or swelling occur during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Immediate consultation is also needed if menstrual cycles become shorter or if bleeding persists for an extended period. Women taking oral contraceptives that contain estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious when taking this medication, as it may increase the risk of thrombosis. Taking pyridoxine at a high dose of 500 mg to 2 g or more for an extended period can lead to neurological symptoms, so dosages and duration should be adhered to. Patients with folic acid deficiency may experience hematological reactions if taking high doses of vitamin B12, so caution is advised. High-dose usage may lead to side effects such as peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. In case of overdose, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician, and seek expert advice if symptoms do not improve after one month of use. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administering to children, it should be done under adult supervision. Urine may turn yellow after taking this medication, which may affect clinical test results. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor their plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly if necessary. When receiving other intravenous lipid medications, consider the lipid content of this medication when adjusting dosages. Store in a sealed container to protect it from air and moisture, keeping the temperature between 1°C and 30°C at room temperature for optimal safety and effectiveness. This storage method helps maintain the effectiveness of the medication safely.
