This medication is used to supplement vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 for physical fatigue, decreased stamina during and after illness, and health management in old age. It also helps alleviate stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness and coldness in the limbs, caused by peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. It is effective for neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, as well as oral concerns such as stomatitis, cheilitis, glossitis, and skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, it is used for beriberi and eye fatigue, contributing to overall health improvement. This medication is utilized to improve a variety of symptoms and diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily

Child dose

Children aged 8 years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. It is also safe not to administer to infants under 3 months old. Individuals currently receiving other treatments should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. It is important for pregnant or breastfeeding women to also consult with a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, oral inflammation, decreased appetite, or abdominal bloating occur during the use of this medication, you should immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist. In women, this medication may cause changes in the menstrual cycle, potentially leading to earlier menstrual onset or increased bleeding, and bleeding may persist for a longer duration. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as the vitamin E in this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term use of pyridoxine above 500 mg to 2 g daily may lead to neurological abnormalities, so the dosage and duration must be strictly followed. Individuals lacking folic acid who take more than 10 µg of vitamin B12 daily may experience hematological adverse reactions. High-dose administration may exacerbate peptic ulcers or cause issues with blood sugar control, and there is a risk of increased uric acid levels or liver damage, requiring caution. This medication should be strictly adhered to regarding the specified methods and dosages, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when administering to children. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. It is advisable not to take this medication with a drug called levodopa.
