This medication is used for patients who need to take amlodipine and atorvastatin together. Amlodipine relieves symptoms of heart diseases such as hypertension and stable and variant angina, and reduces the risk of hospitalization and vascular interventions due to coronary artery disease. Atorvastatin lowers the risk of cardiovascular diseases, improves hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, and reduces the risk of events such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and angina. Additionally, it helps protect vascular health in diabetic patients and those with a family history. The combination therapy of these two medications can be expected to prevent and treat cardiovascular-related complications.
