Precautions

This medication may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily, so it is essential to consult a physician or pharmacist before use. This medication can affect the cardiovascular system and may increase the risk of heart disease or stroke; therefore, individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should consult a physician before use. It can cause severe gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, so individuals with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or the elderly should exercise caution. Allergic reactions may occur; individuals who have previously experienced an allergic reaction to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not take this medication. It may mask inflammatory symptoms or alleviate pain, delaying the diagnosis of infectious complications, so it should be used cautiously if infection is suspected. Individuals with peptic ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, and those with specific genetic lactose intolerance should not take this medication. Individuals with blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, liver impairment, kidney impairment, hypertension, asthma, or lupus must consult a physician before use. Adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, skin rash, liver function abnormalities, renal failure, and blood pressure changes may occur during treatment; if symptoms are severe or suspicious, immediate consultation with a physician is necessary. This medication should be taken at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function assessments are required for prolonged use. Interactions with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or specific medications may occur, so it is important to inform the physician of any concurrent medications. During pregnancy, especially in the later stages, this medication may harm the fetus, so caution is advised for women of childbearing potential. Elderly individuals may experience adverse reactions more easily, so starting at a lower dose and closely monitoring the condition is essential. It should be taken with plenty of water and preferably after meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort. In cases of overdose, emergency measures such as vomiting and gastric lavage may be necessary, so immediate contact with medical personnel is required. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and care should be taken not to transfer it to other containers.
