Adult dosage

1 - 2 tablets per dose, once daily

This medication should not be taken by patients with hormone-dependent tumors. Additionally, it should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. While taking this medication, it is not advisable to use hormonal agents such as estrogen, progesterone, or androgens. Taking this medication with these hormones can interact and pose risks. Moreover, taking it with medications such as H2 blockers or proton pump inhibitors may reduce the effectiveness of the phytoestrogens contained in this medication. Care should be taken when taken together with coumarin-based drugs like warfarin, as drug-drug interactions may occur. The main ingredient, isoflavones, may pass into breast milk, so it is safer not to take this medication while breastfeeding. Generally, this medication does not show significant side effects at usual doses, and no weight gain was observed in a 12-week clinical trial. However, rarely, symptoms such as migraines, diarrhea, rashes, acne, and muscle pain may occur; if these symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. This medication should be stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and kept in a safe place out of reach of children. Additionally, to maintain the quality of the medication and prevent misuse, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
