It also helps in relieving dry eyes and improving night blindness, alleviates shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and cold sensations in the hands and feet associated with peripheral circulation disorders or menopause. Additionally, it improves pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases, and is effective in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Therefore, it is used for overall health enhancement and alleviation of various symptoms.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
For those aged 12 years and older and adults, take 1 capsule once daily.
Precautions
This medication should be used with caution in women during the first trimester of pregnancy or in those who may become pregnant, as excessive intake of vitamin A can pose a risk of congenital malformations in the fetus. Additionally, individuals allergic to the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months, and those with hypersensitivity to soy oil, soybeans, or peanuts should not take this medication. It is advised to avoid concurrent use with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, and antacids. Especially for women, menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding can occur, and there may be an increased risk of thrombosis, so caution is required. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and give to children under the supervision of a guardian, ensuring that daily vitamin A intake does not exceed 5,000 IU. Avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during and before/after usage, as they may affect blood sugar tests. This medication contains fat, so patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor plasma lipid levels, and if receiving other lipid preparations, total lipid quantities should be adjusted.
