Effectively reduces pain from rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis (degenerative joint disease) and suppresses fever.
This medication is effective in treating joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used for fever and pain caused by colds, back pain, dysmenorrhea, and pain relief after surgery. Additionally, it helps with various painful conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis, headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries. It is effective in improving symptoms of non-joint rheumatic diseases such as tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. This drug is used to alleviate various types of pain and inflammation, enabling patients to lead more comfortable daily lives.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600 mg orally, 3-4 times a day, with a maximum of 3200 mg per day. Mild to moderate pain, colds: Administer 200-400 mg orally, 3-4 times a day, adjusting as appropriate according to age and symptoms.
Administer one dose orally 3-4 times a day. For children under 30 kg, the total daily amount should not exceed 500 mg (12.5 ml). Administration on an empty stomach is recommended to be avoided.
This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily, so they should consult a physician or pharmacist. This drug can affect the cardiovascular system, so those at risk of heart disease or stroke should exercise caution while taking it, and if used over a long period, adverse reactions should be closely monitored. Patients with hypertension, heart failure, or ischemic heart disease should use this medication cautiously; especially high-dose usage is discouraged. This drug can cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations; therefore, older adults and those on long-term use should be especially careful. Those with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver impairment, kidney impairment, heart failure, or severe hypertension should avoid this medication. Individuals with allergies to any of its components or a history of asthma should also refrain from using it. It should not be used in late pregnancy as it may affect the fetus, and individuals undergoing cancer treatment should definitely consult with a specialist before taking it. This medication should not be taken in excess of the recommended dosage and should be avoided in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. While breastfeeding, this drug can be transferred into breast milk and may cause adverse reactions in the baby, so breastfeeding should be discontinued or the medication should be stopped. Individuals with blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart disease, hypertension, or a history of allergic reactions must consult a physician or pharmacist before use. This drug may interact with certain medications; therefore, individuals taking ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, anticancer agents, anticoagulants, or serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult a specialist. If severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, skin rashes, gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms, liver function irregularities, or kidney function decline occur, the use of this medication should be stopped immediately, and medical advice should be sought. This medication should be taken at the minimum dosage for the shortest period possible, and regular blood, liver, and kidney tests are necessary for long-term use. Blood pressure should be checked periodically during use to ensure hypertension does not worsen. Keep out of reach of children and store it in its original container to prevent misuse or degradation in quality.
Hives, severe swelling (angioedema, periorbital swelling, facial swelling), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, exfoliative dermatitis, mucosal pain in mouth/eyes, asthma attacks, difficulty breathing, jaundice, lethargy, severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, significantly decreased urine output, systemic severe edema, increased blood pressure, gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers.

This medication is sensitive to light and should be stored in a light-resistant, airtight container. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius.
