Dosage and Administration

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have a history of allergies to this medication, its ingredients, or other medications in the Pelvinac class. Furthermore, individuals who have experienced asthma attacks due to the use of aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or who have a history of asthma should not use this medication. Individuals who have experienced hives or acute rhinitis symptoms due to aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also exercise caution. Patients with bronchial asthma should use this medication with care, and those with allergies or sensitivities to the propylene glycol component in this medication should be cautious as well. While using this medication, symptoms such as itching, red spots, skin rashes or eczema, contact dermatitis, and, rarely, sensations of irritation or blisters may occur. If these symptoms worsen, use should be discontinued immediately. Additionally, severe allergic reactions, sometimes accompanied by hives or bronchospasms, may rarely occur. Occasionally, gastrointestinal disorders may also manifest, so caution is advised. This medication is a treatment that alleviates symptoms and does not treat the underlying causes, which should be kept in mind. When using this medication for inflammatory conditions accompanied by skin infections, appropriate antibacterial or antifungal agents should be used concurrently, and the condition should be closely monitored before administration. When used for chronic conditions like degenerative arthritis, other treatment methods should be considered alongside drug treatment, and careful monitoring of the patient's condition and any side effects is essential. In late pregnancy, this medication may cause dystocia or delayed delivery, so it should not be used by women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Safety in children has not been established, and it is not recommended for pediatric use. It should not be applied to the eyes or mucosal areas, and caution should be exercised for application on injured skin, as temporary irritation or tingling may occur. Additionally, it should not be used with occlusive dressings.
