The vitamins B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication help when there is physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, as well as during or after illness when strength may decrease. Vitamin B1 is effective for pain relief from neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia and improves fatigue of the eyes. Vitamins B2 and B6 are used to relieve inflammation around the mouth and oral cavity (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) as well as skin issues such as eczema and dermatitis. Therefore, this medication is useful for improving various physical symptoms and skin and nerve-related problems.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or any of its components. It is also not to be used for treating individuals with pernicious anemia or other types of anemia. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Because this medication contains colorants Yellow No. 5 and Yellow No. 4, individuals with a history of allergies or hypersensitivity reactions to these components should take it with caution. It is recommended not to take this medication with levodopa. If you are under medical treatment, pregnant, or breastfeeding, please consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loose stools, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort or abdominal bloating occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use of high-dose pyridoxine may cause nerve damage, so caution is required. High doses of vitamin B12 can lead to hematologic abnormalities, so caution is necessary. High-dose usage may worsen peptic ulcers or cause adverse effects such as glucose tolerance impairment, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Always adhere to the prescribed method and dosage for use, and if symptoms do not improve or worsen after approximately one month of use, consult a specialist. This medication may turn urine yellow and can affect clinical test results. Store out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. It is also important to avoid improper use or abuse, and not to transfer the medication to other containers to maintain quality.

Side effects and when to seek care immediately

Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loose stools, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, abdominal bloating, sensory neuropathy or neuropathy, hematologic adverse reactions, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, glucose tolerance impairment, hyperuricemia, liver damage, urine may turn yellow affecting clinical test results.
