Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus, especially during the second and third trimesters, so it should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy is confirmed. It should not be used in patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients or have certain liver or kidney diseases. Patients with low blood pressure, electrolyte imbalances, or issues with kidney or liver function should use this medication with caution. It can affect potassium levels, so potassium supplements should not be taken without consulting a doctor, and regular blood electrolyte tests should be performed. This medication may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight, so sun exposure should be avoided, and any unusual skin changes should be reported to a doctor immediately. There may be interactions with other medications, especially when used with lithium, NSAIDs, and potassium-sparing diuretics, so a doctor's instructions must be strictly followed. Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing should avoid using this medication. Safety in children has not been established, so it is not to be used in pediatric patients. In case of overdose, serious side effects such as low blood pressure and electrolyte abnormalities may occur, requiring immediate contact with a medical facility. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.
