Adult dose

Take 2 tablets three times a day before meals. An additional 2 tablets may be taken before bed if needed. It is advised to take with a sufficient amount of water. It is recommended to take the appropriate dose for a minimum of 3-4 weeks.

If symptoms such as abdominal bloating, nausea, constipation, or diarrhea occur during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult a professional.
