This medication contains vitamins A, C, and E, which are useful in various situations. It can be used during physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, physical decline during and after illness, and in old age when vitamin supplementation is necessary. Vitamin A is effective for relieving dry eyes and improving night blindness. Vitamin E helps alleviate peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, improving shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness of extremities, and cold extremities. Vitamin C is useful for alleviating pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases and for preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Overall, this medication is used for boosting physical strength and improving various symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Precautions

Care should be taken with this medication as administering over 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily to women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant can pose a risk of congenital malformations. Those allergic to ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months of age, or individuals with hypersensitivity to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, or antacids. Those receiving medical treatment, those with certain diseases (hyperoxaluria, peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, heart and kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, hyperlipoproteinemia, etc.), pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, and infants should consult a specialist before taking this medication. This medication contains color additive Yellow No. 5, so those allergic to this component should take it with caution. If any unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, joint swelling, gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, hair loss, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Women may experience menstrual changes while taking this medication, and caution is advised when taken with certain contraceptives due to the increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use can lead to tolerance, gastrointestinal symptoms, swelling, and an increased risk of osteoporosis, so adhere to the specified dosage. This medication should be taken with caution if used concurrently with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. When administered to children, parental supervision is required, and the supplemental dosage of vitamin A should not exceed 5,000 IU daily. It is advisable to avoid intake of tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication, and those with lipid metabolism disorders should monitor plasma lipid levels while taking it. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
