Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
Take 2.24-4.48 grams three times a day before meals or between meals. Adjust the dosage based on age and symptoms. For compounding use, reduce the dosage as needed.
Precautions
This medication contains lactose. Therefore, it should not be used by individuals with genetic conditions that impair lactose digestion. For example, those with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption issues may be adversely affected by this medication.
