Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C are helpful in cases of physical fatigue or during pregnancy and lactation, or when experiencing weakness during or after illness. These vitamins are effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and are also used to improve symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. Additionally, they help alleviate oral mucosal diseases such as angular cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin issues like eczema or dermatitis and pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases. They also play a beneficial role in preventing gum bleeding and epistaxis. Zinc helps maintain the normal immune function of the body and assists in cell regeneration, promoting health.
