How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose for this medication is 50 mg orally once daily at the same time, regardless of meals. If the therapeutic effect is insufficient, it can be administered twice daily or increased to a maximum of 100 mg once daily. For patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes, the usual dose is 50 mg once daily, which can be increased to 100 mg once daily depending on blood pressure. Muscle cramps, back pain, leg pain, dizziness, nasal congestion, upper respiratory infection, sinusitis, nausea, diarrhea, dyspepsia, cough, sinus disorder, pharyngitis, myalgia, insomnia, headache, weakness/fatigue, swelling/edema, abdominal pain, chest pain, rash on lips and face, peeling of palm skin, hemolysis, facial swelling, fever, orthostatic effects, fainting, angina, second-degree AV block, cerebrovascular accident, hypotension, arrhythmias accompanied by atrial fibrillation,
