Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medicine is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
It is recommended to administer an initial dose of 2 tablets, followed by an interval of at least 6 hours between doses, but do not exceed 8 tablets in one day. Administer the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible. Elderly patients should generally receive the usual adult dose, but for those over 75 years of age, dosing should be given at intervals of at least 6 hours. Patients with renal impairment should extend the dosing interval to 12 hours for moderate renal impairment patients.
Children over the age of 12 should follow the same dosage as adults.
This medication may put strain on the liver, so those who frequently consume large amounts of alcohol should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If any allergic reactions such as rash or itching occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. One of the active ingredients, tramadol, can cause seizures; therefore, individuals with a history of seizures or a high risk of seizures should exercise particular caution. Additionally, concomitant use of tramadol with certain other medications may increase the risk of seizures, so be sure to inform your doctor of any medications you are currently taking. When administering this medication to patients with acute asthma, there is a risk of respiratory suppression, so it should only be used in a facility equipped with professional medical equipment. Caution is advised when taking this medication in combination with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants such as benzodiazepines, as this can lead to severe drowsiness, respiratory suppression, and in severe cases, coma. Patients with head injuries or brain diseases should use this medication cautiously, as it may increase intracranial pressure or worsen symptoms. This medication can cause physical and mental dependence, so if used for a long time, it should be taken according to a doctor's instructions. Patients with impaired liver function must consult a physician before taking this medication and should be cautious not to exceed the recommended dose. Particularly, those who are rapid metabolizers of the CYP2D6 enzyme may have excessively high levels of the active ingredient in their body, increasing the risk of severe respiratory suppression so caution is required. This medication should not be administered to children under 12 years or adolescents under 18 who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. This medication may cause or worsen sleep apnea, so those experiencing related symptoms should consult a physician regarding dose adjustment or cessation. This medication may cause hyponatremia; thus, particularly elderly patients or those at risk for hyponatremia should closely monitor symptoms while taking it. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a physician before taking this medication, and it is best for nursing women not to take it. Drowsiness or dizziness may occur while driving or operating machinery during the use of this medication, so caution is necessary. In case of overdose, serious respiratory suppression, seizures, liver damage, etc., may occur, so adherence to dosing guidelines and physician instructions is crucial. Store this medication in a secure place out of reach of children and be careful not to share it with others.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, respiratory abnormalities combined with cough and fever, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion of consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis, urination.

This medication should be stored in a closed container to prevent air ingress and kept in a cool place at or below room temperature (25 degrees Celsius). Proper storage will help maintain the effectiveness of the drug for a longer time.
