Pregnant or nursing women should avoid this medication, and even when necessary, it should be considered carefully after consulting with a professional. The safety of this medication in children has not been established, so it is not used in this population. Caution is needed while driving or operating machinery as fatigue, dizziness, and muscle cramps may occur. This medication is metabolized by certain enzymes (CYP3A4, CYP2D6), so caution is required when taken with drugs that inhibit or induce these enzymes. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, bradycardia, hypotension, respiratory depression, and seizures may appear, and immediate appropriate treatment at a hospital is essential.
