This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, and zinc, and is used for physical fatigue or decreased vitality during pregnancy, lactation, or post-illness recovery, as well as in elderly people. It also helps relieve pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain, and is effective for various oral and skin conditions such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It reduces eye fatigue and is used to relieve pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases (melasma, freckles). Additionally, it prevents gum bleeding and nasal bleeding, maintaining a healthy oral environment. Overall, this drug contributes to health improvement by enhancing vitality and alleviating various symptoms.
How to take
Adult dose
Ages 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be used by patients with an allergy to this drug or any of its components. It is safe not to administer this drug to infants under 12 months of age. Patients with severely impaired kidney function or pregnant women should not take this medication. Patients currently receiving treatment or those with excessive oxalate in the urine (oxaluria) should consult with a specialist before taking this drug. Pregnant or nursing women, patients with cardiovascular issues, and those with reduced kidney function should use this medication cautiously. Patients with low protein levels or gastrointestinal disorders should discuss with their doctor before taking this medication. While taking this medication, gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, skin inflammation, excessive sweating, foul odor during breathing, hair loss, anxiety, digestive disorders, low blood pressure, and pulmonary edema may occur. If any of these symptoms arise, immediately discontinue use and consult an expert. In women, this medication may advance the menstrual cycle or increase the volume of bleeding, and bleeding may last longer. Patients taking estrogen-containing contraceptives or those at high risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as the vitamin E component may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance. Long-term use of vitamin B6 at doses above 500mg to 2g may cause neurological symptoms. Patients with folic acid deficiency who take vitamin B12 in certain doses may experience hematological side effects. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause blood sugar regulation disorders, increase uric acid levels, and lead to liver damage. Massive overdoses may cause nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so caution is advised. This medication must be taken at the prescribed dose and method, and if symptoms do not improve after one month, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Taking this medication with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may dangerously elevate blood potassium levels, so caution is advised. It is advisable not to take this medication with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided while taking this medication or shortly before or after. This medication may affect blood glucose measurements during urine tests and cause the urine to turn yellow, potentially impacting test results. Keep this medication out of reach of children, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not transfer this medication to another container; keep it in the prescribed container.
