It is important not to take this medication concurrently with a medicine called Levodopa. Infants under 1 year of age, patients receiving medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with metabolic disorders must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E use. Long-term high-dosage use of pyridoxine may lead to nerve abnormalities, so dosage and duration must be adhered to. Individuals with folate deficiency should be cautious as high dosage of vitamin B12 can lead to blood abnormalities. High dosage can cause gastric ulcers, impairment of blood sugar control, and liver damage; therefore, prescribed usage and dosage must be strictly followed. Children and individuals with metabolic disorders require supervision and checking of blood lipid levels while taking this medication. This medication can discolor urine to yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. Store in a cool and dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and not transferring to other containers.
