Treatment for infertility through progesterone supplementation
For women with infertility due to progesterone deficiency, it is important to supplement or replace progesterone during assisted reproductive technology (ART) processes. This treatment helps stabilize progesterone levels in the body and improves the uterine environment necessary for pregnancy. Progesterone supplementation can increase the success rate of pregnancy and positively affect implantation and maintenance of pregnancy. Therefore, appropriate supplementation of progesterone can yield good results in infertility treatment processes.
ART (Assisted Reproductive Technique): This medication is administered once daily at a dose of 90 mg to women who need progesterone supplementation. For women requiring progesterone replacement therapy for partial or complete ovarian failure, it is given twice daily. If pregnancy occurs, it should be administered for 10-12 weeks until the placenta achieves autonomy.

Diabetic patients should carefully check their blood sugar control and avoid using this medication alongside other vaginal treatments. This medication may cause white discharge from the vagina, but this is an accumulation of the medication's ingredients and is not a cause for concern.
