Vitamin B2 and Vitamin E play important roles in supporting physical health. Vitamin E is particularly effective in alleviating symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, tingling, and coldness in the hands and feet associated with peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms. Vitamin B2 helps relieve symptoms of inflammation around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin diseases like eczema and dermatitis. Furthermore, supplementation with Vitamin B2 and E is recommended for those with physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, during illness or recovery, and in old age, as these vitamins are effective for maintaining overall vitality and symptom relief, thus enhancing health.
