Vitamins A, D, B1, and B2 are nutrients needed during various stages such as physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, post-illness fatigue recovery, growth periods, and old age. Vitamin A improves dry eyes and night blindness, while vitamin D helps with bone and dental development and is effective in preventing rickets. Vitamin B1 aids in relieving pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as improving eye fatigue. Vitamin B2 is used to relieve inflammation around the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. Thus, this medication helps in recovery from fatigue and health promotion through the supply of various vitamins.

Precautions

This medication should not be administered to women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if they are to receive more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily, as this poses a risk of congenital malformation to the fetus. Patients with hypercalcemia, a condition of high calcium levels in the blood, or sarcoidosis, an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease, as well as those with kidney disease should not take this medication. Additionally, individuals allergic to this medication or its components should refrain from taking it. Children under 3 months, patients with kidney stones, and those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. Children under 1 year of age, patients receiving treatment from a physician, normal children exposed to sunlight and eating normally, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, and infants must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itchy skin, dry and rough skin, joint swelling, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, rash, or edema occur during use of this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Prolonged high-dosage vitamin A intake can increase the risk of osteoporosis, particularly in postmenopausal women, so caution is necessary. The prescribed dosage and administration should be strictly followed, and when administering to children, supervision by a guardian is required. Since vitamin A can be sufficiently obtained from a normal diet, it should not exceed 5,000 IU daily. This medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which may affect clinical test results. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should check their blood lipid levels before taking this medication and adjust the dosage if necessary. If other lipid injectables are used, the dosage should be adjusted considering the lipid content. This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container, away from air and moisture, and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, it should not be transferred to other containers to maintain quality.
