This medication helps to enhance energy and improve weakness. It can also be used for physical fatigue and during recovery from illness. Additionally, it is effective for nutritional supply in cases of gastrointestinal disorders, malnutrition, or febrile wasting diseases. It can safely be used to supplement nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How to take

Adult dose

Adolescents and adults aged 15 and older should take 2 capsules once or twice a day.

Child dose

Children (ages 7 to 14) should take 1 capsule once or twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by certain patients. First, individuals with allergies to this medication or its components should not take it. Additionally, patients with severe kidney failure who have severely impaired kidney function should not take this medication. It should not be administered to children under 7 years of age. Patients who have allergies or have previously shown hypersensitivity to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also refrain from taking this medication. In women, this medication can cause menstrual cycles to become shorter or increase menstrual flow, and prolonged bleeding may occur. Moreover, women who are taking oral contraceptives or patients at high risk for thrombosis should be cautious as taking this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. Prolonged intake of pyridoxine at doses exceeding 500mg to 2g per day may result in neurological damage or symptoms of peripheral neuropathy. High-dose intake may lead to gastric ulcers or difficulties in blood sugar control, increased levels of uric acid in the blood, or liver damage. In general, this medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration. If a child is taking this medication, a guardian must ensure oversight and management. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for one month, it is essential to consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor blood lipid levels during treatment and adjust doses as necessary. When receiving other lipid-injectable medications, the total amount of fat included in this medication should be considered to reduce the injection dose accordingly. It is advised not to take this medication in conjunction with a drug called Levodopa. Additionally, this medication may turn urine yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results.
