Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute or chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
The initial recommended dose is 2 tablets, with subsequent dosing intervals of at least 6 hours apart, but should not exceed 8 tablets in one day. Administer the lowest effective dosage for the shortest duration possible. For elderly patients over 75 years old, dosing intervals should be at least 6 hours apart. For patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance of 10-30 ml/min), extend the dosing interval to 12 hours. Patients with severe renal impairment

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The ingredients in this medication may induce seizures, so patients with a history of seizures or who are at high risk for seizures should use this medication with caution, and the risk of seizures may increase when taken with certain antidepressants or narcotic drugs. Patients with head injuries or brain disorders may experience worsening symptoms related to increased intracranial pressure when taking this medication, necessitating caution. This medication may cause physical and psychological dependence; therefore, long-term use should consider the risk of dependence, and abrupt discontinuation may induce withdrawal symptoms. Patients with impaired liver function or liver disease must consult a doctor before taking this medication and should avoid exceeding the prescribed daily dose. Children, especially those under 12 years of age, or adolescents under 18 years of age who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy should not take this medication, and adolescents over 12 years old should avoid it if there are specific risk factors. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult a doctor before taking this medication, and breastfeeding women should refrain from using this medication. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness, so caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery, and these symptoms may worsen when taken with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants. In case of overdose, there is a risk of severe respiratory depression, seizures, and liver damage. Therefore, it is essential to adhere to the recommended dosage, and if an overdose is suspected, contact a medical institution immediately for appropriate treatment. This medication should be stored in a secure place out of the reach of children to prevent misuse or accidental ingestion.
