Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with allergies or hypersensitivity to the components. Especially those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. Additionally, patients receiving treatment from a physician or women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medication with caution. When taken with levodopa, a medication for Parkinson's disease, it is necessary to be cautious as the pyridoxine contained in this medication may decrease the effectiveness of levodopa. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or those who should use lipid emulsions cautiously should also take this medication with care. This medication contains a dye called Tartrazine (Yellow No. 5), so individuals allergic to it should be cautious. Side effects may include gastrointestinal symptoms such as discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, and skin reactions such as rash or redness. Additionally, taking this medication may cause an increase in menstrual cycle frequency or menstrual flow, so if bleeding persists for a long time, it is essential to consult a physician or pharmacist. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should consult with a specialist regarding the vitamin E included in this medication. Long-term high-dose pyridoxine use may cause neurological abnormalities, so caution is advised. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and if symptoms do not improve after taking it for more than one month, a specialist should be consulted. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this medication. If using other lipid injections, it is necessary to adjust the dosage considering the lipid content. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly closed. To maintain quality, this medication should not be transferred to another container to prevent misuse.
