Diaclear Eye Drops (Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose) (Single Use)

Adult use

Instill 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed, and discard any remaining solution and container after use.

This medication is an eye drop for use in the eyes, and if pain, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation occur, or if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 72 hours, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. If this medicine is accidentally swallowed, seek professional help promptly. This product should not be reused after a single use; any remaining solution and container must be discarded. To prevent contamination, be careful not to touch the tip of the container to anything outside. If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use. Additionally, this medication should be stored out of the reach of children in a safe place.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. Avoid storing in excessively hot or cold locations, and it is best stored at room temperature between 15 to 25 degrees Celsius.
