View approved original text

This medication is used to treat hypertension and alleviate stable angina caused by fixed coronary artery occlusion, or myocardial ischemia due to vasospasm and vascular constriction from variant angina. Also, it helps reduce the risk of hospitalization for angina in patients who have recently been diagnosed with coronary artery disease through angiography, provided they do not have heart failure or a cardiac output of less than 40%, and helps reduce risks associated with revascularization of coronary arteries. As a result, it is effective in preventing the progression of heart-related diseases and maintaining stable blood flow.
