This medicine contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E, and is used to support physical fatigue, weakness during pregnancy and breastfeeding, fatigue recovery during and after illness, and in growth and old age. It also helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness, promotes the growth of bones and teeth, and is effective in preventing rickets. Moreover, it is used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, thereby improving overall health.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 tablet once a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication requires caution in women within the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day due to the risk of congenital disabilities. Children are at risk of serious poisoning or death if they overdose on iron-containing products, so it must be kept out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, allergies to any component of this medicine, infants under 12 months old, people with Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, kidney stone patients should not use this medicine. Be cautious to avoid taking this medicine with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline formulations, antacids, levodopa, etc. Patients receiving treatment, those with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases, heart and kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, liver disease, patients with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. If symptoms like nausea, vomiting, skin rash, joint pain, diarrhea, urticaria, fever, or coma occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Women taking vitamin E or patients with a tendency for thrombosis should be careful as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance or side effects such as neuropathy, peptic ulcer, liver damage, and hyperuricemia; hence, the prescribed dosage and application should be strictly followed. It is best to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas like green tea and black tea during use, as they may affect blood sugar or urine test results. Store this medicine out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Be cautious not to transfer it to another container.

Nausea, vomiting, itching, dry and rough skin, painful joint swelling, diarrhea, discomfort in the stomach, constipation, rashes, redness, loose stools, itching, photosensitivity, abdominal and stomach pain, cramps, fever, coma, upper abdominal pain, red spots, low blood pressure, pulmonary edema, increased risk of thrombosis, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, promotion of peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, hypernatremia.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medicine with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline formulations, antacids, or levodopa. Also, consult a doctor or pharmacist if taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen, anti-aldosterone agents, or triamterene together.

Food interactions

This medicine interacts with tannin-containing teas such as green tea and black tea. Avoid these teas during or around the time when taking this medicine.
