This medication is effective in improving symptoms of blood circulation disorders such as ulcers, pain, and coldness caused by occlusive thromboangiitis, commonly referred to as Burger's disease. It also helps alleviate subjective symptoms such as lower limb pain and numbness in patients with acquired lumbar spinal canal stenosis, thereby facilitating smoother daily life. In other words, it aids in blood circulation and relief of neurological symptoms, improving the patient's quality of life.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. This medication contains lactose, and should not be administered to patients with genetic disorders that prevent lactose digestion. Patients at risk of bleeding or taking anticoagulants should use this medication cautiously. Allergic reactions such as skin rashes or itching may occur during use; if such symptoms appear, medication should be discontinued immediately. Bleeding may occur infrequently, so if symptoms of bleeding appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and heartburn may occur. Regular liver function tests are advisable due to potential impacts on liver function that may lead to abnormal liver enzyme levels. Rarely, symptoms like tachycardia or hypotension and cyanosis of the extremities may occur. Various symptoms such as headache, facial flushing, dizziness, and warmth may appear, so careful observation of the body's condition is necessary. Patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis should closely monitor symptom changes to decide whether to continue the medication; in severe cases, surgery may be required. Safety during pregnancy is not established, so if there is a possibility of pregnancy, this medication should be avoided, as uterine contractions have been reported in animal studies. Safety for children has not been confirmed, and there is limited experience in administration, so it is recommended not to administer to children. Elderly patients, whose physical functions may be weaker, should use this medication with caution, adjusting the dosage as necessary.
